Tithes, Giving & Sowing
The Most High God has commanded us to return the very first 10% of all earnings to Him through the tithe. It’s true that the tithe was originally paid to the Levitical priests as crops (food grown). Yet, Abraham “the Father of Faith,” paid tithes to the High Priest, Melchizedek, before the law of tithing was given to the Nation of Israel.
Even in our modern times, we are still commanded to honor God with the 1st 10% of our income – every time we get paid.
Has not God taken care of you and provided for you? So, why wouldn’t you want to express your love back to him by sacrificially paying Him the tithes that He’s required from you?
